Juices are containing lots of vitamins in small amounts, which is why your vitamin level will rise quickly. Cucumber is a perfect ingredient whenever you want to look after your calories. Ingredients
Cucumber, celery, pineapple, lemon, ginger.

Method
Cut the ingredients and press the lemon. Mix everything together in a juicer until a smooth blend arises. Place the juice in the fringe to make that you drink it as cold as possible. If you really don’t like any of the ingredients, they can be replaced of course. However, try to keep the vegetable level as high as possible and the fruit level as low as possible.
