Recipe: Penne with salmon and vegetables

Looking for a delicious, yet easy, recipe for tonight? You can’t go wrong with pasta dishes for kids. Luckily there are many possibilities which ensures that they will never get bored. We are going for a penne dish with salmon and vegetables tonight. You can decide what kind of pasta you prefer and if you would like to add something, such as some extra or other kind of vegetables. No matter how you finish it, it will be delicious anyway!

Ingredients
500 gram penne (whole wheat or regular), 500 grams of broccoli, 2 onions, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 300 gram salmon, 150 gram cream cheese with herbs, pepper and salt. 

Cook some water and add the pasta. Cut the broccoli into stews and add it as well. Put a little extra water on top of the broccoli. Wait until they are cooked and bake the onion until it gets a brownish glow. Cut the salmon into pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Put the cream cheese in another pan and add some water. Make sure that it melts well. Add everything together on the plates and mix the ingredients. Bring it to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
