It depends on what you are having as a snack of course. We are providing you with a delicious and nutritious snack for this Sunday afternoon. Get on the couch with this finger licking snack! Oh wait, first into the kitchen of course! Let the kids help you with preparing. Enjoy!
Fresh kale, spicy olive oil, chili flakes, coarsely ground, sea salt, garlic powder.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the kale and dry it afterwards. Now tear the kale into smaller pieces. Grab a piece of baking paper and place it on the oven plate. Place the kale pieces on top, pour some olive oil on top and bring it to taste with some chili flakes and sea salt. Place the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes, but turn them once in a while. Every oven works differently so make sure that you keep a close eye on the kale to ensure that it won’t burn. It’s ready when the kale gets a brownish glow. Sprinkle some garlic powder on top if desired.
