Recipe: Italian tomato soup
No clue what to cook tonight? No worries! We are highlighting a healthy and delicious recipe for you. Unfortunately, it cooled down pretty much today. For that reason, we are going for a warm dish tonight. What about tomato soup? One that is suitable for kids as well of course. Are you feeling like making this soup as well? Read on!
800 gram tomatoes, 1,5 garlic clove, olive oil, 700 ml water, basil, some parmesan cheese, 2 vegetable broth tablets, bread, cream if desired
Heat a little bit oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Add the tomatoes, broth tablets and water and let everything boil. Mix the ingredients afterwards with a blender inside the pan. Let it cool down for a few minutes and season it with herbs, salt and pepper. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and basil on top if desired. Do not forget some bread. Dip this inside your portion or put a few pieces on top for the kids. Enjoy!
