Recipe: Bikini-proof pasta pesto

Have you eat too much during the past few days? Time to get rid of the bloated feeling! Zucchini pasta is the perfect dish if you want to lose a few pounds. It can be cut into noodles at home or can be purchased ready a the supermarket. Top it off with a healthy pasta sauce, such as vegetable bolognese or homemade pesto. Bon appetite and enjoy your bikini proof meal!

Ingredients
4 zucchinis, 350 gram mushrooms, 2 onions, 2 garlic cloves, olive oil, 4 tablespoons of regular or homemade pesto, salt and pepper, if desired some nuts to season.

Method
At first, peel the zucchini’s and cut them into noodles. This is only necessary if you have bought zucchinis at the supermarket, not if you bought the zucchini noodles ready. Now cut the onions and mushrooms and press the garlic. Mix these ingredients together and sprinkle them with a bit salt and pepper. Bake them until the onions are soft. Now start baking the zucchini noodles and put the pesto on top. make sure that you stir well to ensure that the pesto is well divided. The zucchini is ready after about 4 to 5 minutes. Mix everything together and season the whole with some pepper. Top it off with some crushed nuts if desired.
